“Clayton is wonderful to work with. He is patient, a careful listener, and attentive as we worked through our environmental design needs for our facilities and built outdoor environment. He is warm, professional, and put us at ease with his close involvement in our design project through the entire process.
I highly recommend working with him.”

As a consultant Osborne Marsh works with companies, small to big, to identify pathways for them to restructure their brand and marketing through brand analysis consultation, visual and marketing audits, and by providing brand recommendations, reporting and coaching.
-
Clayton Marsh is a business consultant, that for many clients over the years has worked closely with companies to provide brand and marketing guidance as well as often being on retained for short to long-term roles with as an acting CMO. I believe that guidance from an outside resource often produces new perspectives and helps to relaunch new thinking into a company.
A Little Slideshow.
Clayton Marsh has worked on hundreds of campaigns & brand initiatives. Osborne Marsh has designed stores in retail and all the communication elements that flows into each store across the US and globally. From comprehensive marketing and business development strategies and execution, to print collateral to websites to comprehensive design for visual experiences in built environments, Osborne Marsh has done it all. That said. I m not scared to take on any type of project, big or small, and take it to the finish line and work directly with every client to ensure quality, listening to set strategies and deliverables and delivering on these.
Some work examples from years of different projects to click through in light of a portfolio.

K-12 & Collegiate
-
Osborne Marsh has worked in the K-12 and collegiate space in the last 20 years with firms who hire me (such as architects, school districts, construction contracting and consulting firms), to develop complete branding programs to experiential space design for the built environment. Typically these are longer term projects that where I work alongside architectural firms in the design process, working with contractors and interior designers as a contracted firm. This work allows me to provide thematic & complimentary visual design to enhance the environment through storytelling design. I also work directly with schools as a consultant in some cases to initiate and managing branding, marketing, web initiatives, and helping to guide the process for building school enrolment and community through design and a love for learning. Typically this type of work is done directly with Superintendents, Athletic Directors, Principals and community organizations. I love working in this space.
OEM, Manufacturing, Fabrication
-
Primarily my work in these vertical spaces is aimed at Brand development, copywriting, communication tool development, Website design, Video development, Tradeshows and Online & Social marketing initiatives. Here I work closely with the CEO (s) and other executives, account and sales folks to develop programs that help these companies market their services. The services I provide usually entail a 4 to 6 month engagement to execute a scope of work, yet many times these our relationships expand in the 2 or more years as I take on a long-term, retained agency partnership focused on helping these clients grow their business. I dig this work and love the advanced and innovative technologies I get to see in person. High-tech and on the cutting edge of US and International manufacturing and thinking. Super cool. So all-in-all its a blast working in verticals I never thought my design expertise and consulting expertise would take me.
Retail / In-Store
-
Full service design for stores, fixturing, signage, windows, wayfinding and more. I work closely with a brand directly, their internal creatives or other agencies when they need expertise to support their projects. I am a 30 year experienced designer who knows the in’s and out’s of retail stores, print and dimensional fabrication world. So I can execute visual experiences from inception and client approval and understand how to produce it before its done…setting the tone for materials and print formats and fabrication as required with trusted partners. I work with graphic communications producers and installers to walk the work from computer to real life in any environment. Design for retail is done at hyper-speed to keep up with trending product launches, seasonal campaigns and new store launches…and I move fast in this world!
Architecture / Built Environments (XGD)
-
I thoroughly love working with architects and interior designers! One…joking aside, I get to show off the dressier side of me (I love fashion and dialing up my look to compliment working alongside these cool folks I get to hang out with). So that’s a plus! But seriously. The work in this space is profound and powerful. It’s an honor to work in concert with professionals who’s focus is aimed at creating built environments that honor sustainability, excellence in materials and technology integration, all for shaping quality learning and workplace environments. The long-term impact on those who experience these spaces after they are built is seriously amazing. As I noted above in K-12, developing complete branding programs to experiential space design for the built environment is powerful for me. This work allows me to provide thematic & complimentary visual design to enhance the environment through storytelling design. Lastly…what’s great is also having an ability to walk into a space 2, 3 or 10 years later and see your work again while also hearing the success stories that have unfolded in these built spaces, for kids, adults and professionals alike. Architects & Interior Designer partners…thank you for trusting me with your spaces!
