Experiential Storytelling
A Technology Workspace / Built Environment Renovation right in the middle of the Pandemic. A long-time collaborative partner and Global Architecture Firm, a client of Osborne Marsh’s, reached out to me in early 2020 for a really amazing opportunity to create and deliver a one of a kind Modern Lodge concept to cover thousands of square feet of a workplace campus in Western Washington. Designed with unique lit and graphic visual applications, processes and materials in mind, this global tech giant’s “Modern Lodge” opened in late 2020 to wild success.
This global Tech companies “Modern Lodge” was the first large-scale projects Osborne Marsh has designed where I actually never entered the building. As part of the architects visual design team, this project was shaped through the summer of pandemic, relying on accurate CAD schematics, lumion & Revit models, Osborne Marsh worked closely with the team to develop environmental visuals using technology from RGBW motion SEG framed graphics, miles of themed wall treatments, Neon, direct to substrate printing on Corten steel paneling, live edge wood and plasma cut metal signage for their lobby and more.

Made from Scratch
The work begins with a blank slate with white walls, and with some brainstorming and ideation, the canvas starts to be painted, the lights go in, concrete poured, finishing every detail. Every space, every project, through material applications, print, fabrication, hunting the perfect objects to fill out the landscape, beauty unfolds to inspire and to share with the world.
